This watch is a handmade homage, to an iconic timepiece. The heart of the watch features the impressive performance of the Seiko NH35 movement, the publicly available version of Seiko’s in house 4R35 movement, used in a wide range of their current watches.
Assembled in the United Kingdom, from brand new internationally sourced bespoke components. It features a classic black ocean wave design dial with luminous combination circle and baton markers with a matching C1 lume hand set. The black bezel insert is ceramic and has the classic diver 60 minute markers, in white.
The case and bracelet are all new stainless steel construction with an integrated double clasp release. There is a sapphire glass crystal, with clear anti reflective coating and it features a nice mineral glass exhibition case back.

Genuine Seiko automatic NH35 movement.
A Seiko Mod watch is unique and therefore not commercially available, assembled
by hand using both genuine Seiko and non-original parts.

I’m a bit cautious about buying online and especially nervous when opening the package but I needn’t have worried, the watch is gorgeous with the look and feel of real quality.
I particularly like the contrast between the highly polished parts of the case and bracelet, the satin finish in other areas and the finely machined bezel.
There is a little more writing on the watch face than in the photographs, but it’s all Seiko derived and it does look better.
I was pleased that a pin vice was included to resize the bracelet. I had to take three links out and it was quick and easy to do.
The watch arrived promptly a couple of days after my order. It was well packaged and communication from the sender was good.
I’m delighted with my purchase, it looks wonderful, almost indistinguishable from its inspiration, it’s comfortable to wear, should last well if cared for and importantly, it has its own respectable identity and provenance.
